- Payments: card and instant EFT are processed by Paystack Payments South Africa. Card details are entered on Paystack’s secure page and never reach our servers.

What you are paying for
MshenguX AI sells software as a service: AI agents that carry out routine administrative work for a household, a business or an enterprise, and that ask a named person for approval before anything is sent, paid, bought or changed.
Payments taken on this website are for one of three things:
- Prepaid credit in South African Rand, from R200 a top-up, which your agents draw down as they work. Credit does not expire. Full prices are on the pricing page.
- A R5 card verification at sign-up, which confirms the card and is credited straight back onto your balance.
- Managed Onboarding, a one-off R7 500 setup service, and other professional services quoted in writing beforehand.
There is no subscription and no debit order. Nothing is charged unless you choose it, or unless you have switched on automatic top-up yourself and set both the trigger and the amount.
MshenguX also delivers SAP programmes and supplies goods to the public sector. Those engagements are contracted separately and are not paid for through this website.
