Prepaid credit in Rand that never expires. No subscriptions, no API keys, no seats. Deploy any agent for free and pay only for the work it does, metered to the cent and posted to your Balance within the hour.
Your balance is in Rand and never expires. What a Rand of work buys is set monthly against the exchange rate and shown on the Balance tab.
There is nothing to subscribe to. You top up a balance, your agents run against it, and every scheduled run and every reply draws a few Rand. The Balance tab on the portal shows what each day cost, how many days remain at your current pace, and every top-up you have made.
When the balance gets low, the agents tell you in your chat. At zero they pause and wait; the moment you top up they carry on where they left off. No debt, no surprise invoice.
Every new account opens with credit already on it: R500 for a business, R150 for a household. Enough to see the agents work before you spend a cent. A R5 card check at sign-up keeps a card on file for top-ups, and even that R5 lands on your balance.
Add one agent or nine. There is no charge for having an agent, only for the work it does. Pause one and it costs nothing.
Every run is metered to the cent and posted to your Balance tab within the hour, one line per day. Usage by day, top-ups, bonus credit and days left, all in one place.
Your balance is in Rand and it does not lapse. Next month, next year, it is still there.
We do not price per token or per message. Here is what an agent typically costs you a month.
These are the ranges we see at the volumes a small or medium business runs at. A heavy month costs more, a quiet month costs less, and the Balance page always shows your actual pace so there is never a guess.
Scheduled checks, a morning message, filings staged in time, a website change published on your approval.
Invoices checked and batched, reminders drafted in your voice, quotes compared, suppliers vetted, contracts assembled, the month's marketing run, your podcast and posts produced.
The weekly shop, the Sunday money message, payslips and UIF for the household, rent matched, the club's statement.
A core agent such as Accounts Payable typically runs R1 000 to R3 000 a month. Monthly bookkeeping costs R2 100 to R5 500, and the agent checks every invoice, every day, and works every day.
All three routine agents together typically cost under R900 a month. A junior administrator costs R8 000 to R15 000 a month before you have trained them.
Three personal agents for a household, the ledger, the groceries and the health file, typically run R150 to R300 a month between them.
Typical means typical. An Accounts Payable agent for a business with four hundred supplier invoices a month will cost more than one with forty; a Compliance Clock in a quiet month costs almost nothing. The portal shows you, in Rand, what each day cost.
| Pack | Bonus credit | You receive |
|---|---|---|
| R200 | none | R200 |
| R500 | none | R500 |
| R1 000 | +5% | R1 050 |
| R2 500 | +10% | R2 750 |
| R10 000 | +15% | R11 500 |
The minimum top-up is R200, and you can top up any amount above that. Pay by card or instant EFT through Paystack and the credit lands at once, or pay by manual EFT and we credit it the same business day we see it.
If you would rather not think about it, save a card and switch on automatic top-up: when the balance falls below a level you set, the portal tops it up by an amount you set. Optional, and you can switch it off or remove the card at any time.
We connect your systems, tune the agents, train your approver and build one custom skill for you.
Most customers set up their own agents in about ten minutes. Managed Onboarding is for the business that wants it done with them: a MshenguX engineer connects your ledger and your mailbox, tunes each agent's settings to how you actually work, trains the person who will approve, and builds one custom skill for a process that is yours alone.
R7 500, once. Ask for it under Connections in the portal after you sign up, or email [email protected] with your reference.

Fixed scope, fixed fee. How an engagement runs.
No. Never. Your balance is in Rand and it stays on your account until you use it.
At R100 the agents tell you in your chat that the balance is low. At zero they pause, say so in the chat, and resume the moment you top up, picking up where they left off. Nothing is lost and nothing is owed.
Yes. The hold at zero is the cap: no credit, no spend, no debt, ever. Per-agent daily caps, so a single busy agent cannot run down the balance on its own, are coming.
Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT at 15%. Your top-up receipts show it.
