Every hardware quotation follows the same four steps, whether it is one laptop or a network for a municipal building.
Each line is read for processor, memory, storage, ports, form factor, certification and warranty. We build a compliance table of the specification against the model offered and mark each row complies or exceeds. If something is ambiguous we ask through your stated channel.
We check availability with South African distribution before we price, and we say in the quotation whether stock is confirmed or subject to confirmation at order. A discontinued or unavailable model is declared, never quietly substituted.
The quoted price is the delivered price: goods, carriage to the delivery point named in your request, and our margin. It holds for the validity period you ask for.
Goods are checked against the order before dispatch and on delivery. Serial numbers, delivery notes and warranty documents are handed over with the invoice, and manufacturer warranties pass through in full with claims handled by us.
We answer once-off and short-term supply-and-deliver RFQs and unit-rate panels from national and provincial departments, municipalities, public entities and state-owned companies. Every mandatory form, declaration and certificate is checked against the request before submission.

MshenguX is not an accredited reseller on SITA transversal contract RFB 740. Purchases that must be made under that contract need an accredited reseller, and we say so rather than quote where we cannot supply.
