MshenguX sources and supplies goods to government departments, municipalities, public entities and state-owned companies across South Africa. We answer requests for quotation with prices built from real supplier quotes, deliver exactly what was specified, and keep the buyer informed from order to sign-off.
Who we are
MshenguX is a South African private company, registered in April 2023 and based in Centurion, Gauteng. Its supply division exists to do one thing well: give public-sector buyers a dependable route to the goods they need, at a price that holds.
We are not a manufacturer and we do not tie ourselves to a single brand. We are a sourcing and fulfilment business. Our value is in finding the right product, at the best reliable price, and delivering it correctly.
The company also trades as Mshengu Meats, a food and meat supply division serving institutional buyers under the same registration, tax status and B-BBEE credentials.

How we work
Every quotation we submit goes through the same four steps.
Read the specification exactly
Line items, quantities, brand-or-equivalent wording, delivery point and closing date are captured before any price is sought. If the specification is ambiguous we request clarification through the buyer's stated channel rather than guess.
Source from more than one supplier
We obtain written quotes from authorised South African distributors, wholesalers and OEM channel partners, and compare on landed cost, stock availability and lead time, not on list price alone.
Price transparently
Our quoted price is built from the best reliable supplier quote plus delivery and a disclosed margin. It is a price we can hold for the validity period, because it rests on a supplier commitment, not an estimate.
Deliver and close out
Goods are delivered to the specified site, checked against the order, and signed for. Serial numbers, warranty documents and delivery notes are handed over with the invoice.

Delivery & after-sales
Delivery to any site in South Africa through vetted couriers and freight partners. Goods are inspected on receipt and again before dispatch. Manufacturer warranties are passed through in full and claims are handled by us on the buyer's behalf.
